The yellow belt course is a 2 day equivalency that provides a comprehensive introduction to the universe of Process and Performance Improvement.   It is the same Excursion that you would experience in the classroom.  The only difference is that you experience it in the comfort of your office or home  You can work on your assignments anywhere... anytime... any place.   

For those of you who like the experience of live class... fear not.  We have incorporated live chat sessions over the life of your course that give you the chance to ask and brainstorm your progress, concerns and share insight with others on the same journey and most important, your Instructor.
