The green belt course is an 8 day equivalency that provides a comprehensive introduction to the universe of Process and Performance Improvement. It is the same Excursion that you would experience in the classroom. The only difference is that you experience it in the comfort of your office or home You can work on your assignments anywhere... anytime... any place.
For those of you who like the experience of live class... fear not. We have incorporated live chat sessions over the life of your course that give you the chance to ask and brainstorm your progress, concerns and share insight with others on the same journey and most important, your Instructor.
Participants will be introduced to the analytical aspects of Lean Improvement Initiatives. Once again we have customized our program to fully engage you. Videos, Small and large groups, practical assignments and templates to help you along. This journey is considered the most critical because it introduces those tools that will truly set you apart from the competition.
This course is in compliance with the Body of Knowledge as outlined by American Society of Quality (ASQ. The Green Belt supports the Six Sigma Black Belt by analyzing and identifying solutions on improvement projects.
Criteria: Three years of work experience. Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification is preferred but not a requirement.

Candidates will need to have access to statistical software for this course. CHECKPOINT uses Qi Macros the recommended software for this course. You can also use MiniTab, or Sigma XL.

The 64 hour equivalency course (8 days).
There is a project requirement (If you don't have a project we will have a case study for you to use).
Your takeaways are a 1000+ slide manual with easy walk through explanations of the tools and concepts, a zip drive with the worksheets and templates contained on them. A Globally recognized certification.
A project closeout report is also part of the submission requirements.
An online exam is also an integral parts of this certification journey. You will need to obtain a score of no less than 70%.
The timeline for completion is 6 months.
