HBCU - Online Lean Six Sigma Champion Course

The online Champion Training Course is a 2 day equivalency that provides a comprehensive introduction to the universe of Process and Performance Improvement.   It is the same Excursion that you would experience in the classroom.  The only difference is that you experience it in the comfort of your office or home  You can work on your assignments anywhere... anytime... any place.   


This online session is for the leadership in your organization who are tasked with facilitating an improvement initiative.  You will be introduced to what Lean Six Sigma is all about and also How to convey the right expectations to your team.  You will also learn how to interpret and oversee the implementation of the teams and get buy-in from your colleagues.  

This course is in compliance with the Body of Knowledge as outlined by American Society of Quality (ASQ).
