Lean Six Sigma Green Belt-Facilitator led-BCU
Participants will be introduced to the analytical aspects of Lean Improvement Initiatives. The DMAIC will drive the course content and the tools using a case study.

This course is in compliance with the Body of Knowledge as outlined by American Society of Quality (ASQ. The Green Belt supports the Six Sigma Black Belt by analyzing and identifying solutions on improvement projects.
Criteria: Three years of work experience. Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification is preferred but not a requirement.

64 hour course (8 days); project requirement and project closeout report submission; An online exam is also an integral parts of this certification journey. You will need to obtain a score of no less than 70%.
