This session is for the leadership in your organization who are tasked with facilitating an improvement initiative.  You will be introduced to what Lean Six Sigma is all about and also How to convey the right expectations to your team.  You will also learn how to interpret and oversee the implementation of the teams and get buy-in from your colleagues.  

This course is in compliance with the Body of Knowledge as outlined by American Society of Quality (ASQ).

    Participants will experience a high level 2 day session with our Black Belt Facilitator.

    This is not a certification course, but participants will receive a certificate of completion and a designation as a LEAN SIX SIGMA CHAMPION.
