Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Course - BCU Classroom
This course is the advanced level of the Lean Six Sigma journey. Black Belt Candidates are the Project Leaders and often times the Champions in the improvement process.
Participants continue to be exposed to the statistical aspects of the process as well as tasked with the management (dynamics) and coaching of the improvement teams and coaching those at the green and yellow belt levels. Areas covered include Enterprise-wide deployment, Leadership, Organizational Process Management and Measures, Working teams through the DMAIC, and the Design of X.
This course is in compliance with the Body of Knowledge as outlined by American Society of Quality (ASQ) and has 8.0 CEUs associated with it. An online exam is also an integral parts of this certification journey. You will need to obtain a score of no less than 75%.
Course materials include the decks of slides containing the required body of knowledge, Black Belt level toolkit (worksheets and templates), Supplemental Reading Materials, 1 year subscription for Minitab software.

Criteria: Candidates must have completed at least ten (10) projects with signed affidavits that show at least $250,000 in savings (or revenue) being realized, or two completed projects with one signed affidavit and three years of work experience in one or more of the areas of the Six Sigma Black Belt Body of Knowledge.
1 year subscription for Minitab software is not included in the registration fee.
