Group Culture Report - Team Dimensions

This group report is used for new teams and existing teams who may have become stagnant.  It is a culmination of the individual team dimension profiles completed by participants and organized to share with the group the personality of the team.  it also identifies the team's strengths and areas of improvement.  Most important, it has an action plan for the group to become or sustain its momentum for achieving high performance levels.
