Charter School Board Governance - Facilitator Led (4 hour)
The session is designed to educate participants who are new to the world of charter school board governance on the best practices and oversight components of board governance.
Facilitators lead the session covering the required topics of board governance such as Government under the Florida Sunshine Law, Conflict of Interest, Ethics and Fiscal Accountability and the associated systems. Tangible "Take Aways" include a worksheets and templates.
Other modules facilitated in this program are: an overview of creating a proactive strategic implementation planning, maximizing board resources and MARKETING the organization for sustainability, something that is extremely important to a Charter School's success.

This is the 4 hour course that is facilitated in a classroom setting.
Upon completion of the course, a certificate of completion will be issued for your files.
The fee for this course includes the cost of the facilitator, course materials and your certificate of completion. Not included in this quote are travel expenses should the facilitator need to seek hotel accommodations. This and meals are considered reimbursable expenses and will be billed separately.
